Why would you want to suppress the facts? Are you embarrassed by your sales price?

Future buyers and sellers would like to know what your home sold for so they can ascertain current values. Unless the sale does not approximate fair market value, there is no reason not to share the information.

When you bought the property, how do you arrive at a price? Do you think that knowing what other similar homes sold for helped in your decision?
